Mr. Jon Migas is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Digital Partnerships of Augusta and is a highly respected leader with vast experience leading effective technology teams across diverse enterprises. Prior to this role, Mr. Migas’ twelve years of federal government service culminated with his tenure as the Chairperson of the Legislative Branch Chief Information Officer (CIO) Council as well as the CIO of the Architect of the Capitol (AOC). His time on Capitol Hill also included serving as the Deputy CIO at the United States Capitol Police (USCP). While at the United States Marshals Service (USMS) he served multiple roles managing cybersecurity, infrastructure, and mobility operations. His first federal position was Information Assurance Manager (IAM) at Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWC-AD) managing cybersecurity for all naval Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS). In 2010, after 20 years of honorable service, Mr. Migas retired from the United States Navy. His service included providing expert IT & tactical communications management, operational execution, and senior leadership during eight separate deployments to Southwest Asia and neighboring areas of interest in direct support of joint and coalition combat and contingency operations.
